It was agreed that the the existing flat roof was in a poor condition, particularly since it was only 6 months old. We spent a considerable amount of time talking to our customer to assure him that he would receive a premium service, and that our roof installations are carried out by skilled and fully trained installers.

We provided quotes for 3 different choices of roof covering –A new warm cure-it GRP flat roof system, Classicbond EPDM, or a RubberBond Fleeceback EPDM roof system, all of which we are fully trained to install. After discussing the options available, our customers were happy to go ahead with the Classicbond EPDM roof system.

Classicbond – why choose it?

On with the job, and we removed the existing trims and fillet trims, ensuring that we cut out any high spots. We then overboarded the existing roof system with 11mm OSB3.
